  • Lead a team of ~12 developers building the loan origination platform credit unions use to serve 2.3 million members.
  • Modernized the stack end to end: upgraded the backend from .NET Core 3 to .NET 10 and the frontend from Angular 8 to Angular 16.
  • Introduced AI-assisted development across the team to increase delivery speed and productivity.
  • Own planning, grooming and delegation, keep a steady flow of work to QA, and oversee releases to Azure.
